What’s in a Name

The name Solea Vera is layered with meaning:

Sol, for the sun and its life-giving radiance.
Olea, for the olive tree—ancient, rooted, and wise, born of earth and time.
Vera, for truth.  The kind that lives in nature, in ritual, and in the quiet unfolding of who we are when we slow down and listen.

This space is a reflection of what’s been calling me lately: the healing power of herbs and botanicals, the way a home can hold you, the meditative nature of slow art, the language of frequency, and the comfort of ancient practices that remember what we’ve forgotten. And always—my love for organic skincare and sacred self-care rituals that feel like nourishment rather than effort.
